The performances of this second edition of the CANTATA project will be organized around the following activities:

    • Diagnosis and design of the “Food and Agricultural Routes of Galicia” product and brand, including the execution of a market research about the food and agricultural routes, the proposal of acting for the product development and the production of a Decalogue of the product of food and agriculture routes.
    • Product development, with the execution of courses to train and sensitize people and companies interested in taking part in the working seminars.
    • Equipping, promotion and internationalization: promotion of the brand, web page, marketing activities and online promotion (podcasts, virtual reality, e-books, as well as Bluetooth technology to provide with information and interpreting of places and routes), attendance as a whole to national and international fairs.

    As part of the transnational activity of CANTATA 2, the following actions will be done: international promotion actions of the member regions in key events; visits for the press and businesspeople in order to make them familiarized with the member regions; innovative marketing as a whole and usage of digital promotional tools; diffusion seminars in all the regions and a final CANTATA 2 seminar which will take place in Galicia in 2011.
