The Galician Agency for Rural Development (Agader) organized during the month of December four training workshops to educate food and agricultural professionals in the creation and design of quality tourist products. These workshops, which are part of the Cantata 2 project, took place in Palas de Rei, Vilalba, Folgoso do Caurel and Riós.

In addition to the workshops, which were given by a company specialized in gastronomic tourism with an extensive experience in the U.S. and Spain, conferences to raise awareness, seminars and some other actions such as promotion and commercialization of food and agricultural routes are planned.
