The type of businesses which can join the Food and Agricultural Routes tourist product and the requirements that must be fulfilled are:

1 .- Food and agriculture activity companies:

• Food and agriculture companies / producers, harvest.
• Food and agriculture resources (production, harvest, rural patrimony).
• Specialized shops (establishments of food an agriculture sales product).

2 .- Tourist sector companies:

• Museums and interpretation centres.
• Accommodation.
• Restaurants.
• Complementary activities companies (tourist guides, free time companies, sport tourism companies, thermal tourism companies, etc.).
• Receptive agencies (Touroperators and Travel agencies).

3 .- Civil service and other organizations.

These joint requirements, all of them included in the Product Decalogue, are divided into two types: some of them are compulsory, related to permissions, belonging to a PDO or PGI or nodes, insurances, etc. The rest are complementary and related to aspects that can be achieved voluntarily, although it is advisable to follow them since that will give an added value to the tourist product and continuity to a quality one. Likewise, to formalize the joining, the entity or business has to sign a commitment for joining the Food and Agricultural Routes.
